Nestled between the Jim Graham Building and Dorton Arena, the Agri-Plaza is your one-stop destination for animals of all sizes. See baby chicks hatch on the spot, learn how to manage your own backyard chicken brood, milk a cow, learn techniques for milking a goat, and check out our menagerie of chickens, cows, longhorns, rabbits, sheep, alpacas and more.

Ask the Cluckspert! Q&A Sessions will be held Saturday & Sunday at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. in the Agri-Plaza. Veterinarians will be on site all day to answer your questions.

Southland Dairy Milking Demonstrations will be held in the Agri-Plaza daily.

Cowboy Circus

Don't miss Danny Grant's Cowboy Circus. He'll be roaming the grounds daily with his interactive show where kids can learn how to crack a real bullwhip, lasso his horse, "Charlie", trick roping, and more!

Feeder Pigs

Located right beside the Pig Patch Birthing Center, you'll find our fiesty feeder pigs. Currently weighing in around 30 pounds, their antics are sure to make you smile. Members from the North Carolina Pork Council will be on hand to answer your questions about pork production in North Carolina.

Garden Tractor & Lawnmower Pull

The Heritage Arts Corner is full of traditional artists & craftsmen demonstrating, displaying and selling their original pieces inside the Graham Building. Demonstrations include quilting, sewing, weaving, spinning, and more! Don't miss our Heritage Arts “Make & Take” area where kids and kids-at-heart can make their own art project--a stuffed stick horse or cornhusk doll.
