Come stroll the fairgrounds and sample traditional grilled, fried and roasted festival delights from independent NC vendors. Visits the Got to be NC Festival Food and Wine Expo and explore what is grown fresh and local in NC. Live Music & Entertainment

Come to the Got to be NC Festival and rock out Friday night with Third Day at the Dorton Arena. Return Saturday and enjoy a perfect May afternoon at the best outdoor amateur bluegrass event in Raleigh. All three days Leon Jacobs Jr. will entertain folks with hits for the 50’s and 60’s. Carnival Rides

Zip, zoom, spin all day long. The carnival will feature over 30 rides for children big and small alike.
Tickets: Rides will take 3-5 tickets per ride. Ride tickets will be $1 each, or 14 tickets for $12, or 30 tickets for $20.
Special Offer: One parent may accompany a child under 40" in height at no additional cost when the child presents a paid ticket for the Carousel or Slide rides only.
Early Bird Special! Friday, purchase a Ride All-Day Wrist Band for $20 from noon to 5pm. The wrist band is good, Friday only, noon to midnight for unlimited rides. Ride tickets purchased after 5 p.m. on Friday will be at regular price with no wristband sales after 5 p.m.
Sunday Special: Purchase a Ride All Day Wrist Bands $20. The wrist band is good all-day Sunday, 9 am to 10 pm for unlimited rides. Click here for more festival events and rides.

Antique Farm Equipment

The antique Got to be NC Festival tractor parade is a free festival event that is featured daily and will delight both young and old alike. Hundreds of tractors and thousand of piece of antique tractor equipment will be on display. Click here for more festival events.
Fiber Fest

Have you ever wondered where Angora comes from or how yarn is spun? Come find out at the Carolina Fiber Fest. The Jim Graham building will host hundreds of felters, spinners and weavers many of which grow the fibers they work with right here in NC. Click here for more Carolina Fiber Fest events.
