Join your friends and family for three great days of down-home celebration North Carolina-style at the
2014 Got to Be NC Festival at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds.

There will be a free shuttle from Carter-Finley Stadium to Gate 9 during the peak hours of 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Saturday and Noon - 7 p.m. on Sunday.

FAQs

Is everything free at the Got to Be NC Festival?
You can enjoy a full day of family fun without spending a dime at the Got to Be NC Festival. However, some of the events and activities cost money or require a special admission. They are:

Got to Be NC Food, Wine and Beer Expo - $2 adult admission
Pony Rides
Carolina Masonic Pig Jig - $15 adults, $5 ages 7-11, Free under 7

Where is the Red Cross located?
The Red Cross is located in the Jim Graham Building.

What if I become separated from my party?
Please go to the front desk of the Exposition Center to have your party paged.

What if I need a wheel chair or stroller?
Wheel chairs, power scooters and strollers can be rented in the handicap parking lot by the Scott Building.
Motorized Scooters - $35
Manual Wheelchairs - $15
Children's strollers/wagons - $10

Can I bring my dog?
No pets allowed. However, certified service animals are permitted.

What other activities are going on at the fairgrounds during the Got to Be NC Festival?
The N.C. State Fairgrounds hosts countless special events during the year. In addition to the Got to Be NC Festival, the fairgrounds is also hosting the following events the weekend of May 16-18: Chatlee Boat Show and Sale, Got to be NC Mega Flea, Independent Labrador Specialty Dog Show, Wake County 4-H Horse Show, and North Central District 4-H Horse Show.
